My path has not been linear. I’m an immigrant, a mother, a solo parent, and someone who knows what it feels like to lose yourself for a while and slowly find your way back. I’ve experienced weight gain, weight loss, self-doubt, restarts, and the quiet effort of trying again.
What changed my life was not pressure or extremes. It was consistency built on self-kindness and self-compassion.
Through meditation, yoga, strength training, mindful eating, and small supportive habits, I began to see real changes in my body, my mindset, and the way I moved through life. Not because I became harsher with myself, but because I became more supportive of myself.
