I know what it feels like to want change for a long time and struggle to create it in a way that actually lasts. My perspective comes from lived experience: solo immigrant, stay-at-home mom, gaining weight, losing weight, getting in shape, falling off, starting again, carrying a lot on my own, separating, and losing myself along the way.
Through weight training, yoga, meditation, and supportive changes with food, I saw major shifts in my body, my mindset, my confidence, and in how I move through life. That is where I learned that lasting change does not come from fighting yourself or living in extremes. It comes from small, consistent steps rooted in self-compassion, self-kindness, and support.
I created this space to share what helped me and to help you feel better in your body, stronger in your mind, and more confident in your life.
