These sessions are for women who want support from someone who has walked through it herself.

I know what it is like to try to hold yourself together while raising kids, carrying the mental load, lacking support, struggling with weight, and still wanting to build something better for yourself.

I also know that building something sustainable, long-lasting, and meaningful is much harder to do alone.

That is why these sessions exist.

This is a space for support, guidance, and honest conversation with someone who understands the struggle and wants to help you keep going in a kinder, more sustainable way.
